She added:

“To my incredible husband, I couldn’t have done this without you. Through every hard day, every tear, and every uncertain moment, you were my absolute rock, holding my hand and holding our family together with so much patience and love. You are an extraordinary partner and the most devoted father to our babies.

“Thank you for being my strength through it all. God’s grace is sufficient; His timing is perfect; our hearts and home are so full. Welcome home, my sweet Ukhonkosi Lukhanyo. We love you beyond measure.”
