Nkateko and Siza fuel romance speculation with recent outing

Reality TV stars Nkateko Mahange and Sizakele ‘Siza’ Dlamini have fans talking after appearing to find love with each other following the dramatic events of Netflix’s The Ultimatum: South Africa.

The pair, who became fan favourites during the 2024 reality series, have sparked dating rumours after sharing affectionate moments on social media, leaving supporters convinced they are the show’s latest success story.

From heartbreak to a new beginning

Nkateko originally entered The Ultimatum: South Africa with his then-girlfriend Khanya Nqolase, who issued the ultimatum that brought the couple onto the show.

Following their split, fans were surprised to see Nkateko seemingly grow close to Siza, another standout cast member from the series. Their recent interactions have fuelled speculation that the pair have taken their friendship to the next level.

Siza’s split from Lindile Nibe
