Makhadzi’s DM’s for collaboration ignored by Davido and Diamond Platnumz for 5 years

If you think that big continental superstars have time to respond to direct messages from everyone on their social media platforms, well I have news for you. Limpopo-born superstar Ndivhudzannyi Ralivhona popularly known as Makhadzi took to her social media to share that she has been trying to get  Davido and Diamond Platnumz for a possible collaboration with no answer from both artists for years.

A force to be reckoned with in the music industry, one would think it would be easy for the multi-award-winning superstar to get collaborations with other artists, from the country and across Africa, but it clearly isn’t the case.

In a humorous post on X, formerly known as Twitter, the Ghanama hitmaker wrote:

“I was going through my DMs, Please don’t laugh, I have been DMNG @davido @diamondplatnumz saying ‘hello my brother can we please work on something together?’ And no one replies. It’s been 5 years now.”

She continued: “Every year I send more than 12 messages. So you are not struggling.”
