‘Isencane Lengane’ season 7 is here, and still messy as ever

When it comes to messy and chaotic reality TV, South Africa has no shortage as the Moja Love channel has fully taken on the task of providing viewers with endless options. Popular show Isencane Lengane is back on screens and from the first episode, things are bound to get messy, quickly.

Siyacela and Thando Dlamuka, the main characters of this hit reality show, came into the limelight at a young age when their “married at 16 years” trope quickly piqued the interest of South African viewers. Despite the viewer’s hopes and wishes, the couple is still going strong, with much drama and a kid later.

This show is characterised by a toxic relationship dynamic between the couple, with Thando admitting that things have gotten to the extent of a physical altercation between them. This season appears to be no different from the previous seasons, as the same beefs are still well intact. However, some new bombshells have entered the villa, as Thando’s uncles have been introduced and come in hot as they made it clear that they will no longer be standing by watching Thando get mistreated by Siyacela.

The first episode has gotten viewers hooked, as they have taken to social media to debrief on the latest offering, picking apart the different scenes and reactions to the new characters. Some users have admitted that the messiness of the show is what keeps them captivated and dedicated to the show, despite the main characters not showing much personal growth.
