Netflix South Africa hosted mzansi’s celebrities and social media influencers at the Bridgerton season three premiere.
The glamorous event was hosted in Johannesburg with the 2024 theme being, Regency Era Splendor: Into The Spotlight. Fashion was the name of the game, with many social media users feeling that some celebrities did not follow the theme.
1. Thando Thabete
Radio presenter and actress Thando Thabete wore a gold dress by her designer sister Sanele Thabete. She looked gorgeous and also followed the theme.
2. Lethabo ‘Leejoy’ Mathatho
The Real Housewives of Johannesburg (RHOJ) star Lethabo was dressed by award-winning fashion designer @manyakum, where she wore all black paired with transparent gloves.
3. Bonko & Lesego Khoza
The couple who are both actors attended the event with Bonko Khoza wearing a Micheal Jackson-inspired outfit and Lesego Khoza dressed in a blue mermaid gown.
4. Michelle Mosalakae
Actress Michelle Mosalake was dressed by fashion designer @sihle_the_designer who designed many looks for celebrities.
5. Lasizwe
Social media personality Lasizwe wore a white suit and changed to a pink suit with an open back concept for the after-party.
6. Sni Mhlongo
Social media influencer Sni Mhlongo wore a gold jumpsuit which had many internet users commenting that she did not follow the theme which she defended as doing things her way.
