Former Skeem Saam actor Cornet Mamabolo opens his own resort

Actor and businessman Cornet Mamabolo is eager to see his lifelong dream turn into a reality as he gears up to open his newly built adventure resort this coming Friday.

This is a big achievement for the popular actor who aims to attract families, friends and even youth groups to experience all there is to see when I comes to outdoor adventure.

The Mabodibane Resort – as it was named – is located in the Limpopo province and is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Limpopo mountains and waterfalls. It also boasts a wealth of fun activities for people of all ages to enjoy.

Some of the facilities include a farmer’s market, paintballing, quad biking, hiking, camping, family picnics and many more!

Taking to his Instagram page the talented actor said that he was excited to be welcoming the public to the venue which opens this coming Friday, 15 December.

In one of his posts, he wrote: “The dream is finally becoming a reality.”

The 33-year-old is well known for entertaining soapie lovers with his roles in popular telenovelas Skeem Saam and The River.

In an interview with entertainment publication Sunday World he said that this was a project that he has been working on for two years while living between Gauteng and Limpopo for work.

“The place offers a tranquil escape surrounded by the natural beauty and cultural richness of the region. Situated amidst the captivating landscapes of Limpopo, the resort provides a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation,” added the 33-year-old.

Meanwhile, he adds that this is not a sign of him leaving his acting career.
