Viewers and fans took to the comment section, “Key word ‘temporarily’ siyabonga meaning the old Meikie is coming back.”

“Mam Florence is talented and an incredible actress. But mam Harriet bafethu…No one can replace mam Harriet, when she plays Meiki, its Meiking for real. Hope to see her back soon,” wrote another fan.

Another one said, “The fact of the matter is the person who starts to act in a character the first time it was introduced will always be the people’s favorite.”

“You try to change them then the vibe can’t be the same again no matter how good the replacement is. However, since it is temporarily then it’s fine,” they added.
