After accusing an unknown woman of being the source of his relapses, rapper Emtee went online and alleged that his ex-wife, Nicole Kendall Chinsamy, laid hands on him. The concerning remarks left many fans worried about his safety and mental health.

Emtee’s explosive abuse accusations against Nicole Kendall Chinsamy
On 4 June 2026, the 33-year-old (born Mthembeni Ndevu) took to his Instagram account to first address claims about his physical hygiene.
“People always resort to, ‘He doesn’t bathe,’ to boost their egos. I have two bathrooms. How am I not bathing?” he wrote. He then alleged that Nicole, with whom he shares three children, said that he was ugly.
He added that he was aware that people were tired of his statements, but the situation he found himself in was “seriously beyond measure.”
Emtee then made the following accusations:
“I get beaten up by Nicole Kendall Chinsamy multiple times, and I know y’all will laugh at me and call me all the names in the [book], but it’s cool. God got me.”
Emtee also accused Nicole of being satanic and throwing away his Bible, adding:
“Now she wants me killed because I caught her. I need help. Not financially or on no dumb sh*t. I have scars from this girl for years.”

Emtee’s rocky relationship with Nicole Kendall Chinsamy
For years, the former couple have publicly aired their marital grievances for the world to see. The pair ended their 12-year union after tying the knot in 2019.
According to Drum, Emtee shared alarming tweets at the beginning of the year, where he described his marriage as “toxic” and claimed that he spent years with someone who hated him “with a passion.”
In 2023, there were also accusations of an alleged assault by Nicole. This included a viral video of an explosive moment between Nicole, Emtee and a person described as her mother. Nicole dropped the charges, and Emtee denied the accusations despite handing himself over to the authorities.

The damning allegations caught the attention of many people online, who wasted no time expressing their concerns, support, and opinions.
Media personality Nota Baloyi stated, “Your parents couldn’t get through to you, you have no friends left. She deserves better, and so do your kids!”
