Ozempic is a prescription medication primarily used to manage blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes. The side effects include rapid weight loss.

In the pictures, Cassper, posing near a convertible, wore black leather pants and a black sleeveless top, showing off his muscles. The star was promoting his upcoming song, Phunyuka Bamphethe. An X user cheekishly commented under the post, “Ozempic did wonders.”

Cassper responded to the social media user, “Ozempic? Me? Hahaha, you think Ozempic gives you muscles? Are you dumb?”

Cassper Nyovest jokes about Ozempic

Last year, Cassper, born Refiloe Phoolo, joked about considering taking the prescription drug to help speed up his weight loss ahead of his Fill Up Toyota Stadium concert. According to Briefly News, the rapper had been working tirelessly to get back into shape for the event.

Cassper’s recent pictures also prompted another X user to ask how the star managed to lose weight. Cassper told the individual, “Food and other tricks. Lol, but yeah, food is definitely the biggest factor. Lift heavy weights and eat less food. Starch and sugar are the biggest enemies. Keep your diet meat and vegetables.”
