The original recipe for over a century
Ingredients:
- 3 Parts (75ml) of Cinzano To-Spritz/Prosecco
- 2 Parts (50ml) of Aperol
- 1 Part (25ml) of Soda Water
- 1 Slice of orange
Method: In a wine glass full of ice, combine the Cinzano To-Spritz and Aperol. Add the splash of soda water, stir gently and garnish with an orange slice. Sparkly, yet sophisticated.
