Our November cover star Thuso Mbedu shared her thoughts on the work that is being done to curb the plight of gender-based violence in South Africa. This comes a few days ahead of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence which aims to create awareness aimed at around women and child abuse. The star sat down with award-winning educational drama series which she also stars in, MTV Shuga, where she called on the government to do more to fight woman and child abuse.
