Mashonda Tifrere who has a child with ex-husband, Swizz Beatz is releasing a book on co-parenting titled Blend: The Secret To Co-parenting And Creating A Balanced Family. The book draws from her experience of co-parenting with Swizz Beatz who wrote a chapter in the book and his wife, Alicia, who wrote its foreword. It also has advice from family therapists, parenting experts, and other blended families, who share their experiences.
In an excerpt from the book, she shares: “Swizz, Alicia and I have grown together on this journey toward blending, and it has made us better people. It was something we had to do for us and for our children. We’ve kept our flow private up until now but collectively decided to share our experience with the world because we know that what we’ve accomplished is something magical and that our testimony will help millions of families worldwide.”
