Letoya Luckett and Tommicus Walker celebrated their first wedding anniversary. The couple tied the knot in a lavish ceremony a year ago and are now expecting their first child. Letoya took to social media to mark the day with a lovely message for her husband.

Today Dec. 10th marks the 1 year anniversary of my marriage to my King. This year has been a whirlwind for us to say the least & our Faith in God has kept us through it all. I’m blessed to have married a man who prays with me & for me. He keeps me laughing. He loves our growing family more than anything & he takes care of my heart. Our marriage isn’t perfect…but it’s PURPOSED! Marriage is definitely what you make it & I’ve learned so much this year. What have I learned? A LOT! But here are a few of my favs: Prayer changes things. We’re stronger together. Have patience (like hella patience ?) Kindness is golden. Listening is key ( ps: their hearing improves after a home cooked meal & some…well ya know ?) . Love is an action, so show it in EVERYTHING you do. There’s nothing wrong with stretching . Stretching encourages growth. In a storm, Remind each other that you play for the SAME team & together you can defeat whatever the enemy tries to throw your way. All in all…It’s been an amazing year! Tommi, you are my answered prayer. Let’s keep showing up to this marriage everyday that God puts breath in our bodies. I love us & I love you baby & there’s nothing I can’t love you through. Happy Anniversary ! ❤️
