WATCH: Terry Crews speaks on the #MeToo movement

by Kwanele Mathebula
Terry Crews

Actor Terry Crews spoke on the #MeToo movement during an interview on American syndicated radio show, The Breakfast Club. In 2017, the star revealed that he was sexually assaulted by a Hollywood executive and that he kept quiet about the matter to avoid going to jail or getting rejected within the industry. He revealed details of the alleged abuse on his social media, saying that the movement gave him post-traumatic stress disorder as he, too, experienced abuse at the hands of high-powered Hollywood execs.

In this interview, Terry shared the various reactions he received from the public and fellow industry peers since detailing his ordeal. He also shares details about his legal battle.
