HONEY-MUSTARD BAKED CHICKEN
- 125ml ( ½ cup) chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) chopped thyme
- ¼ cup (60ml) honey
- 3 Tbsp (45ml) whole-grain mustard
- 3 Tbsp (45ml) Westfalia Lemon-Flavoured Avocado Oil
- Salt and milled pepper
- 8 chicken pieces
Serves: 4
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 180ºC.
- Whisk chicken stock, thyme, honey, mustard, Westfalia Lemon-Flavoured Avocado Oil and seasoning together.
- Toss through chicken and roast for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.
