A GOOD NIGHT’S REST

If you love your sleep, then you should definitely read during your free time as it is the quickest way to get your mind to rest, allowing you to sleep better. So, catch yourself a bedtime story before you hit the snooze button to help you rest easy.

GET RID OF STRESS

Reading any kind of book can get your mind away from any issues you might have as you become wrapped up in a new world. This means you will not stress about your circumstances for that moment.

ESCAPE MACHINE

It would be nicer to have a time machine so you would run from anything you wish to not deal with and perhaps you’d be better off watching a movie. But it would be a greater escape to read a book. Get lost in something different and learn from it.

BE INSPIRED

Speak of learning, books are a good way of finding inspiration, whether it is a mathematics book or romantic novel. You are sure to get a part of your life moved by what you read.

ADD TO YOUR VOCAB

Those who read more, know more! Remember that there is no shortcut to sounding smart, so the only way to have a thick vocabulary of words is if you read those words somewhere. This can also help boost your confidence because you’ll have the knowledge to back up your statements, using clever words to wow people.
