The search is over, and the new presenter of the luxury lifestyle and entertainment television magazine show, Top Billing, has been announced. Homba Mazaleni scored the win, and after the announcement, the excited presenter took to Instagram to share her excitement.

Homba Mazaleni takes in her Top Billing win
At an event where she was formally announced as the new presenter, Mazaleni stepped out to record a video, thanking the people who encouraged her to enter the presenter search and supported her throughout.
In disbelief, she shared the news that she won the competition, saying:
“I am Miss Top Billing. I can’t believe my luck. What is happening?” she expressed with the brightest smile on her face.
She continued, wishing she were experiencing this moment with her family.
“I so wish my mom and dad were here just to experience what I am going through at the moment. I am beside myself,” she said.
The winner beamed with joy in the video, expressing her uncapped appreciation for the win and the moment. Furthermore, she thanked her followers for encouraging her.
“Before I get away with all these things that I’m talking about, I want to thank you guys.”

Homba Mazaleni initially counted herself out
The social media content creator shared that her followers pressured her to enter the competition at a time when she felt she was at her lowest and had experienced far too many rejections.
“Every single one of you guys pressured me to enter the presenter search when I felt like I was at my lowest, when I felt like I was already dished out a couple of no’s that I couldn’t take another one. But you guys believed in me,” she expressed.
