The search for the newest face of Top Billing has reached its next stage, with the Top 10 finalists officially revealed during Tuesday night’s episode of the presenter search.

The announcement marks another major milestone in the competition, which has attracted aspiring presenters from across South Africa hoping to join the iconic lifestyle and entertainment programme.
The Top 10 were selected after the nationwide search narrowed the field of hopefuls. Their journeys will now continue as they compete to become part of the revamped Top Billing presenting team.
The return of Top Billing
The presenter search comes as Top Billing makes its return to television in 2026 after being off air for several years. The programme returned to SABC3 on 30 April 2026, bringing back familiar faces while also introducing new talent.
Among the new generation of presenters associated with the revived show is former Miss Universe Zozibini Tunzi, who joined the programme in 2026. Tunzi previously revealed that she auditioned for the presenter search almost a decade ago, making her journey back to the programme particularly notable.
The latest Top 10 hopefuls will now face further challenges as they compete for a chance to follow in the footsteps of presenters who have become household names through the show.
The competition has historically served as a platform for emerging television talent. Previous presenter-search contestants have gone on to establish careers across television, radio, entertainment and other areas of the media industry.
