Cyan Boujee allegedly buys R1,600 Louis Vuitton dupe

Internet personality Cyan Boujee was put on blast after it was alleged that she had purchased a fake Louis Vuitton duffel bag with a R1,600 price tag. Her alleged recent buy left many wondering if her lavish lifestyle was a lie.

Did Cyan Boujee pay less for a Louis Vuitton bag?

According to Briefly News, businesswoman Kayla Dlamini shared that Cyan was one of her Kayla Dlamini’s Boutique customers after posting what appeared to be her alleged order receipt. The price was significantly lower than the authentic item, which normally ranges from R45,000 to R90,000.

A screenshot of the now-deleted posts made its way to X (formerly Twitter), where social media user @MofokengBarbara wrote with a laugh, “The baddest b*tch on the block bought the LV duffel bag for R1,600. Sesi Cyan is my spirit animal.”

Cyan, real name Honour Zuma, previously faced scrutiny after a content creator accused her of using another person’s images as her own to maintain her glamorous online presence. The above-mentioned publication reports that the pictures belonged to Kernsters, a luxury content creator from the States known for her high-end unboxing videos and content featuring luxury vehicles.

Internet users quickly took to the comment section, with some questioning why the seller posted her interaction with Cyan, while others expressed laughter.

“Imagine trying to prove a point with a fake LV bag,” said @MalumeRichie.

@DuduNgubane3 told people online, “This is the exact reason I don’t buy on WhatsApp because wth.”

“I knew something was amiss with this bag,” remarked @simphiweyinkoc_.

While @MofokengBarbara added, “Nothing stays hidden forever.”
