Miss South Africa 2025 Qhawekazi ‘Qhawe’ Mazaleni shared how she surprised her older sister, Homba Mazaleni, with gifts after her impressive Top Billing audition video went viral. Social media users loved the support the family members showed each other.
Homba visited the Mpumalanga town of Wakkerstroom, where she was in search of delicious cuisine. Her audition instantly captured South Africans’ attention.

Qhawe Mazaleni surprises Homba Mazaleni
Qhawe, an education advocate and speech therapist, bought Homba a sweater she thought of getting for herself and a tasty cinnamon roll from Cinnabon, as she loves a sweet treat.
“My family loves to celebrate each other, and we are going to surprise my sister,” remarked the beauty queen in her Instagram video. “It’s been beautiful for me to see her flourishing in Johannesburg. I just want to get her a very small treat. It’s so important to support the people you love.”
Seeing the post, Homba replied with love and laughter, “Ahh, Qhawe, thank you, my girl! I’ve left the Cinnabon in the microwave… don’t eat it.”

South Africans adore the sisterly love
Several members of the online community admired the two sisters’ relationship, while others were stunned by how strongly they resembled each other.
