Nkosazana Dlamini clears up confusion over Nkosazana Daughter

Veteran South African politician and former cabinet minister, Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma, took to X to clarify that South African singer Nkosazana Daughter is not one of her daughters.

On her tweet, the former MP said, “I have been receiving congratulatory messages on the success of #NkosazanaDaughter. Many people, especially on the continent, mistakenly think she is one of my daughters. Congratulations to her partners for raising a superstar. Congratulations.”

The former ANC MP shared that she has been receiving congratulatory messages on the success of the artist, as many people across the continent thought she was her daughter, thanks to her stage name.

Dr Dlamini Zuma has her own daughters, namely, Thuthukile Zuma, Thuli Zuma, and Gugu Zuma-Ncube, with former president Jacob Zuma.
Two of her daughters, Gugu and Thuli, are well known in the South African screen industry.

Undoubtedly, the former minister really got people laughing as everyone understood her point.
