Boity Thulo faces legal pressure over luxury home

Pressure is reportedly mounting for South African rapper and TV personality Boity Thulo, regarding her R4.2 million Centurion mansion.

As reported by TimesLive, the star is said to be on the brink of losing her home due to an unpaid loan amount. Reports continue regarding the rapper’s home and her alleged failure to repay the loan she took out when purchasing the home back in 2022.

Fast forward to 2026, TimesLive has reported that Leemark Financial Service, the company that financed the property, has filed an application for default judgment in the Johannesburg High Court on April 24, alleging that Boity failed to file a notice to defend their lawsuit.

Fans of Boity took to X, with one user saying, “Boity Thulo faces losing a luxury property in Gauteng after failing to settle an outstanding loan amount of around R500 000.”

Boity Thuso, the television personnel & a failed music is quite and minding her own business these days.

She last posted in December 2025 on her IG account, at the time she looked happy. From there, she disappeared in the midst.
