How to Please Your Woman Sexually: What Actually Works

by Zaghrah Anthony

The truth most men don’t hear

Let’s clear this up early:

It’s not about being “the best” in bed.
It’s about being attentive, present, and willing to learn your partner.

Because every woman is different and what works for one won’t automatically work for another.

The biggest mistake men make?
Thinking it’s all about technique.

It’s not.

1. Start Outside the Bedroom

For many women, attraction doesn’t just switch on instantly.

Emotional connection plays a huge role in sexual desire — things like:

  • Feeling respected
  • Feeling safe
  • Feeling wanted

In fact, for many women, intimacy is often linked to emotional closeness, not just physical desire

Translation:
How you treat her during the day affects what happens at night.

2. Communication Is Everything (Seriously)

This is the most important point — and the one most guys avoid.

Studies show that couples who talk openly about sex tend to have better satisfaction and stronger relationships

Ask simple questions like:

  • “What do you like?”
  • “What feels good?”
  • “Is there anything you want to try?”

And actually listen.

You don’t guess your way to great sex — you learn your partner.

3. Don’t Rush — Build the Moment

One of the biggest differences between male and female arousal:

  • Men often switch on quickly
  • Women often need build-up and context

That means:

  • Take your time
  • Focus on kissing, touching, teasing
  • Let things build naturally

Rushing straight to sex is one of the fastest ways to kill the mood.

4. Pay Attention to Her Responses

You don’t need a manual — her body already gives you feedback.

Look for:

  • Breathing changes
  • Movement towards you
  • Verbal cues

And don’t be afraid to ask:

  • “Like that?”
  • “More or less?”

Clear feedback — even simple phrases like “that feels good” — improves connection and pleasure

5. Focus on Her Pleasure (Not Just Performance)

A lot of men get stuck in their heads:

  • “Am I doing this right?”
  • “Am I lasting long enough?”

But great sex isn’t a performance — it’s a shared experience.

Shift your mindset to:
“How can I make her feel good?”

That alone changes everything.

6. Variety Matters — But Comfort Comes First

Trying new things can be exciting — but only if both partners are comfortable.

Healthy couples:

  • Talk about boundaries
  • Respect each other’s limits
  • Explore together, not under pressure

Because comfort = trust
And trust = better intimacy

7. Create a Safe, Judgment-Free Space

If she feels judged, rushed, or pressured — she won’t fully relax.

And without that:

  • Arousal drops
  • Enjoyment drops

Creating emotional safety is key to a satisfying sex life

8. Aftercare Matters More Than You Think

What happens after sex is just as important.

Simple things like:

  • Cuddling
  • Talking
  • Checking in

…help build emotional connection and make future intimacy even better.

What Women Actually Want (That Most Men Miss)

It’s not just about physical moves.

It’s about:

  • Feeling desired
  • Feeling understood
  • Feeling emotionally connected

And when those are in place?
Everything else improves naturally.

If you take one thing from this, let it be this:

Great sex isn’t about tricks — it’s about connection and communication.

When you:

  • Listen
  • Pay attention
  • Care about her experience

You won’t need to guess what works.

She’ll show you.
