Woman Cuts Off Husband’s Penis and Cooks It in Bean Stew: A Shocking Tale from Brazil

by Zaghrah Anthony

The Gruesome Tale of a Brazilian Woman’s Revenge

In a chilling incident that has stunned Brazil, a woman allegedly killed her husband, severed his penis, and cooked it in a bean stew after discovering he was watching pornography. The 37-year-old woman, whose identity has not been publicly released, reportedly confessed to the crime during police questioning.

Discovery and Investigation

The victim’s relatives reported him missing, prompting a police investigation. His body was later found near the couple’s home, mutilated and missing his genitals. Upon questioning, the wife allegedly admitted to the murder and to preparing a meal using parts of his genitals. It remains unclear whether she consumed the dish alone or if others unknowingly ate it.

A Disturbing Pattern

This incident mirrors a similar case earlier this year in Brazil. In March, 60-year-old pensioner Celso Marques Ferreira was found dead in Peruíbe, south of São Paulo, with his body missing his penis and part of his heart. Josefa Lima de Sousa confessed to the murder, claiming she attacked Ferreira after learning he was a child abuser. She also admitted to cooking and eating parts of his body.

Global Incidents of Genital Mutilation

While such cases are rare, other instances of genital mutilation have made headlines outside Brazil. In the Philippines, a 55-year-old woman allegedly cut off her husband’s penis after he called out another woman’s name during sex. She reportedly waited until he was asleep before attacking him with a kitchen knife.

Cultural and Social Reactions

These gruesome acts have sparked outrage and discussions about domestic violence, infidelity, and cultural norms. In Brazil, where such incidents are rare, the public reaction has been one of shock and disbelief. Social media platforms have been flooded with comments condemning the actions and calling for justice.
