The claims, made by content creator and former colleague Kayla Jenecker, accused Jones of creating a toxic work environment during their time at the same company.
Jones took to Instagram on Wednesday, September 17, to present her side of the story, firmly denying the allegations.
“I am aware of a video circulating on social media in which I have been accused of bullying. These allegations are completely untrue. The matter referenced relates to my former employer and colleagues in a legal case in which I had no involvement. By the time those proceedings took place, I had already left the company,” she wrote.

Jones, 28, described the situation as deeply distressing, emphasizing the impact on her reputation and personal life. She requested privacy while addressing the matter through appropriate channels.
“I remain committed to conducting myself with integrity and respect, both personally and professionally. I kindly ask for privacy as I address this matter,” she said.
Former Employer Supports Jones
Adding context, Jones highlighted that her former employer had previously addressed the claims in a TikTok video, which has since been deleted. In a follow-up message, he urged social media users to avoid spreading misinformation.
“Good morning, so I woke up this morning with a lot of notifications from TikTok saying that some of the comments that were made on my last post were very inappropriate and against the community guidelines. I made that post to dispel misinformation and lies that were defaming someone’s character,” he explained.
