It’s all smiles in the Sukwene household as Idols SA season 9 winner, Musa Sukwene, and his lovely wife, Tshiamo, have welcomed their second baby.

The couple recently burst with pride when they took to social media, sharing a gallery of pictures displaying the special moment with the rest of their Instagram followers.

“Our family has grown by two feet! Welcome to the world, little man. Thank you, Gynae Worx, Prana Kids Paediatrics, and the team at Life Fourways for always being good to my family and making the journey always so easy,” the couple wrote in a joint post.

Meanwhile, in a true reflection of their faith, they later quoted a biblical scripture emphasising that their prayers have finally been answered.  “I prayed for this child, and the Lord has granted me what I asked of him (1 Samuel 1:27).”

Pictures further show the family smiling from ear to ear with the proud dad happily finding a moment to embrace his newborn son in the delivery room.

In December 2023, the couple celebrated the birth of their firstborn daughter. On Instagram, the soulful dad can be seen continuously embracing the role of fatherhood as they enjoy their quality time.

When he is not gracing fans with his soulful voice on stage, another role that Musa seems to enjoy is that of being a husband. In October, he and Tshiamo sealed their relationship when they tied the knot in a beautiful wedding ceremony attended by several A-listers.
