Mzansi gears up to be entertained as one of SABC’s longest-running soapies, Generations: The Legacy adds fan favourites.

After a thrilling season 34 that was filled with drama, action and suspense the four prolific thespians namely Sannah Mchunu, Tinah Mnumzana, Nozuko Ntshangase and Philip Tipo Tindisa will join the soapie.

Tinah who is mostly known for her recent character of Sis Flora that she portrayed on The River, will join the cast as Ausi Nokwazi Lukhozi. Ausi Nokwazi is described as an impulsive and spontaneous character who is reckless but trying to get things together. She is loyal to the streets, and to anyone who gives her money.

Nokwazi is a Talkative and opinionated character, who believes she is always right. She’s also a street-smart who knows no boundaries. And she relates with anyone.

Speaking about joining Generations: The Legacy, Tinah said: “It feels so good and beautiful at the same time to be part of the biggest production. The crew and cast are amazing and have welcomed me so warmly. Working along the likes of Manaka Ranaka (Lucy Diale) is amazing.”

Nozuko who is known for the character of Nox on Diep City will play Vuyelwa Nxumalo, a smart lady who is also perceived as pushy and a straight talker. Vuyelwa is a hard working girlie, who aspires the same energy from those around her.

Speaking about her new role on Generations: The Legacy she said: “I am so excited to join the mother of all soapies. Breathing life to the character of Vuyelwa is amazing, and I can’t wait for the people to witness the magic.”
