After lying low and focusing on her bag and career after leaving Biggie’s house, Big Brother Mzansi Season 4 contestant Liyema Pantsi is back in the spotlight as her ‘love triangle’ makes headlines, confusing her loyal fanbase.
One thing Big Brother watchers have proven is that they are one loyal bunch, and once they ride for you, they will do so until the wheels fall off. This is evident as contestants from previous years who have gone on to fully establish themselves in the cut-throat entertainment industry. Former housemates such as Zee and Sinye, a couple who not only played the game, but found a romantic spark in the process, have become some of mzansi’s most popular figures, and it appears their fans will stick with them, even in the midst of a break-up rumour saga.
Liyema Pansti is another fan-favourite housemate, who left Biggie’s house with way more than what she came in with, which is what every contestant who enters essentially hopes for. Her steamy and chaotic connection, as well as her authentic nature of dealing with the situation, made for great television, propping her and Jareed against some of the competition’s more popular contestants. However, despite many shipper’s wishes, the couple did not make it to the outside world, as far as we are concerned, as there has been no suggestion of them being together.
That is, until recently, when Jareed took to his TikTok to do what the youth refers to as a soft launch, where he dropped hints that he and Liyema might be giving their spark a chance in the real world. The video he posted included a few clips of him and Liyema sharing some intimate moments, including holding hands and sitting on each other’s laps, leaving fans swooning at the thought of their favourite housemates reconnecting after so long.

However, coming in to cause confusion to the masses, Liyema’s former best-friend and partner Brian aka BREEZY also took to his account, a few hours later, to post similar clips of himself and Liyema, using the same song Jareed used in his post, which has caused immense confusion among fans, as they wonder whether the Amahloni songstress could be fooling around with both men. The post that was captioned “Thank you Jarere for posting. It cleared a lot for me” has since been deleted, after receiving an overwhelming response from those who wanted to get to the bottom of things.

Taking to her X(formerly Twitter), Liyema expressed the same shock and confusion fans had as she inquired why Brian would post old pictures and videos of them, to make it look like they are currently still romantically involved. She makes light of the situation and jokes about why drama always has to follow her around.
