A heartwarming video of a curious toddler questioning his mother about her weight has gone viral.

In the video shared on the @zuluboy129 TikTok account, the toddler expresses concern over his mother’s slender frame, wondering why she wasn’t as big as him and his grandmother.

While the mother tried to explain that God created her to be a slender, the toddler stared at her with worry in his eyes and said, “Awulambanga? [are you not hungry].”

When his mother said no, he continued to try and convince her that she needs to eat so that she can also be big like him and his grandmother. The video circulated from TikTok to Facebook and even across Whatsapp as people found the interaction hilarious.

It looks like the toddler is not only worried about his mother’s weight, he also does not understand why she is calling his grandmother ‘mom’.

In the video, the boy further explains that he does not want to share his grandmother with his mom. After his mother gave him an explanation, the boy says, “andiyiva qha ngoba nguMakhulu wam. Urongo xa usithi mama ku Makhulu wam [I do not hear what you are saying and you are wrong for calling my grandmother mom.]”

Social media users buzzed the comment section as they were evidently finding this video funny too.

In a different video, the boy confronts his mom for spending his money which was allegedly in her bank account. He says that the money was sent by his father and his mom spent it when he went to visit his grandmother.

Social media users are not getting enough of the weight videos, starting the video with him asking for his mom’s attention, the boy tells his mom that her back seems like it has needles because she is slender unlike his grandmother who is big.

In a different video, the boy asks his mother why she used a Xhosa click on him because that means she is swearing at him. He then asks his mom to apologise to him.
