Ubuntu prevails once again in the Republic of South Africa! A moment of frustration and desperation has resulted in a sea of gifts and opportunities for media personality Brenda Ngxoli as more people are determined to turn her frown upside down.

The saying ‘there is light at the end of the tunnel’ has never been more significant as the fan-favourite actress Brenda Ngxoli resorted to her social media to reveal a harsh but common reality of a somewhat toxic relationship between her and her mother. According to the actress, this dynamic has been ongoing and has finally reached a tipping point where she can no longer keep quiet or protect her mother.

After assessing the situation, mzansi rallied behind Brenda, offering her words of sympathy and support as some revealed that they too have been or are currently in the actress’ conundrum. Content creator Mandisi Tshingana led efforts to raise funds of up to R100 000 to assist Brenda and has triggered one of the most heartwarming movements, resulting in some much-deserved opportunities for her.

Among others, her former colleague Connie Ferguson has also come to the party with a donation of a whopping R50 000 on behalf of her company Ferguson Films.

This includes hair, make-up, nails and eyelash services for a complete makeover, as well as a getaway courtesy of Lilitha Boutique Farm Lodge. One user went as far as making use of her graphic designing skills to create an impressive booking poster that adequately represents Brenda’s illustrious career.
