Dr Malinga’s alleged new R2 million luxury car sparks mixed reactions online

by Staff Bona

Award-winning South African singer Dr Malinga faced backlash after reports emerged that he purchased a new BMW worth R2 million.

This came two years after he publicly revealed that he owed the South African Revenue Service (SARS) approximately R2 million, leading to the auctioning of his assets.

Many fans and celebrities had donated funds to help him during that financial crisis, The South African reported.

While Dr Malinga has yet to confirm the purchase, celebrity blogs have reported the news, sparking mixed reactions online.

Some users praised the luxury car acquisition, while others criticised him, questioning the use of donations and cautioning about potential future financial troubles.
