Goodbye 2024, hello 2025. Whether you had a good or bad year, the fact that you made it through is worth celebrating. While things don’t always go our way, putting our desires out into the universe makes a difference.

One way of manifesting your future life is by making a vision board. What is a vision board and how can you create one?

TimeNowNews advises visualising your goals by creating vision boards, goal boards, or dream boards. These creative tools are potent strategies for reaching your objectives because they can be made in digital or physical formats and offer limitless customisation and accessibility.

The above-mentioned source adds that research published in the Journal of Research in Personality, states that vision boards are useful instruments for accomplishing objectives and can evoke feelings of positivity.

What you will need to make your vision board

  • Use canvas, corkboard, or durable board.
  • Look for words and imagery that align with your objectives.
  • Use affirmations and motivational phrases.
  • To cut and arrange, use scissors, glue, and tape.
  • Add decorations and stickers.

According to the Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, belief in psychology-based manifestation techniques can lead to varied outcomes for different individuals.

While some methods might misrepresent practical limitations, others can enhance motivation and self-confidence. To manifest your desires, clarify your objectives, visualise them, act as if you have already achieved them, maintain a positive attitude, express appreciation, and trust in the universe to help bring about your goals. Be specific about what you want, but avoid setting unrealistic expectations.
