Close friends celebrate late Mpho Sebeng on his birthday

Industry friends and colleagues of the late Mpho Sebeng took to social media to remember him on what would have been his 31st birthday.

Mpho, who was born on December 1st, was renowned for his roles in Ring of Lies, The Estate, The Queen, Miseducation, and Savage Beauty, among others.

Taking to her X (formerly Twitter) page, Sibu Mabena remembered how she and Mpho became friends and penned: “It’s our chom Mpho Sebeng’s birthday in heaven, and we’re having a Real Housemates sleepover today in celebration of his life and our friendship.”

According to Sibu, she and Mpho met and became friends when they went into the Big Brother house for a sleepover in 2022.

Nthati Moshesh who was an industry colleague to Mpho, shared a birthday wish to the late thespian on her X page, captioning her post: “Happy birthday son, ohh Mpho I miss you so much. I don’t want to cry but I can’t help myself. I love you, my son.”

Actress, Sithandile Nkosi also shared her birthday wish to her friend and colleague on her X page.

The late thespian met his demise in a tragic accident, while he was travelling in Potchefstroom in May.
