Big Brother former housemates Gashwin ‘Gash1’ Mthombeni and Thato Immaculate Mokoena-Mthombeni made a cameo on the daily SABC1 soap opera, Generations: The Legacy.
The married duo portrays the role of Sindi and Thabo who are old friends of Tau Mogale (played by Rapulana Seiphemo) and Ayanda Majolo (played by Samela Tyelbooi).
Generations: The Legacy took to their X (formerly Twitter) page to share the casting news. Captioning their post: ” This coming week on Generations: The Legacy, look out for our celebrity couple Thato Immaculate Mokoena aka Sindi and Gashwin Mthombeni aka Thabo, affectionately known as Thato Immaculate and Gash1.”

Thato also took to her Instagram page, to share the news. Captioning her post, she said: “If you asked me when I was 17, when I would one day book a role on Generations: The Legacy with my real husband as my co-star I would’ve laughed in your face because what the heck. God is funny! I love him. Ephesians 3 vs 20.”
