Former Real Housewives of Johannesburg reality star and businesswoman Brinnette Seopela’s fiance and hubby-to-be Chief Moefi Mabalane of Mabalstad, has been accused of not being the rightful heir to the throne.

Despite the reality show being canned, Brinette continues to live her life as she embarks on a journey to find love.

As per reports by news and entertainment publication, SundayWorld, in 2022 Brinette found love after divorcing her ex-husband Themba Gezane, after that marriage dissolved she married again and her estranged husband Samkelo Mvelase passed away after suffering from a seizure.

As per reports by ZiMoja, her royal husband is allegedly not the rightful heir and should not have been crowned as Chief of Mabalstad.

His older sister, Princess Ingrid told the above-mentioned entertainment publication, that since the passing of her father, Chief Albert Mabalane in 1991, her uncle took over the crown. She added that according to the kingdom line of succession, she was meant to be the heir as she is the oldest child.

She says, “I am the rightful heir to the throne and my brother’s ascension is a travesty of justice. When our uncle stepped down in 2009, my brother, with the support of powerful advisors, manipulated the system to his advantage.”

During the interview, she described her brother as a vile person for not caring for the kingdom back home, adding that, he is more focused on living a lavish life with Brinnette in Sun City than the people of his kingdom.
