In honour of celebrating Women’s Month, global marketing group McCann has partnered with personal care company L’Oréal for their ‘Worth in Progress’ campaign, which will take the form of a content series, touching on the topic of self-worth and highlighting its importance. Bonang Matheba, Yvonne Chaka Chaka, Dr Ayanda Motau, Natasha Joubert and Leanne Mannas are the core group that will lead this campaign.

“This powerful content series, brought to life by the talented team at McCann Joburg, truly captures the essence of what it means to embrace your true self and find your voice as a South African woman. We believe these stories will resonate deeply and inspire women across the country on their own unique journeys of self-discovery and empowerment,” explains L’Oréal Paris brand business leader Ayanda Mackay.

It comes as no surprise that a brand of L’Oréal’s calibre would consider Bonang to head this campaign as the media personality has established herself as a powerhouse whose sky is the limit. Just recently, she successfully hosted the coveted Miss South Africa finale, where her skills as a presenter were on full display. Her reality show B’Dazzled recently wrapped up after quite a successful season, where her fans and supporters were treated to a behind-the-scenes look at Bonang’s life.

Taking to Instagram, the socialite shared news of the partnership, attributing her success to the community of women that she has always been surrounded by. She also encourages those who look like her to not be afraid of the power they possess, most importantly, she emphasises the need to believe in oneself and know one’s worth.

“….I hope my fire, inspires YOU to be GREAT!! Honoured to be part of such an amazing campaign,” she captions.
