In the past few weeks the phrase “Very demure. Very mindful,” has been the go-to for big social media personalities, brands, and most of us.
TikToker Jools Lebron’s delivery of the very cutesy phrase has gone viral to the delight of most.
The original post and the entertaining follow-ups have garnered millions of views, and stitches and saw Jools’ following grow significantly.

Jools secured the bag and has had several successful paid partnerships with big corporate brands as her popularity grows.

As always, someone tried to profit from her hard work.
In a now-deleted TikTok video, Jools revealed that Jefferson Bates has filed to trademark the catchphrase with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
 
USAToday reported that Jools said that while she had invested so much time and money, she “had dropped the ball” by not taking that step.
A tearful Jools shared that because of the money she had made from the viral phrase, she has been able to help friends, and family, and even provide for her transition.
 
In true Jools style, she posted a video a few days later, explaining how she was dealing with the news, and she has continued to captivate her fans with more videos.
Jools’ fans and community were upset with the greedy Bates and have stepped in to help. Many trade law experts have advised and volunteered to help Jools in this battle.
TikToker @ralucasnotvibingrn even trademarked “Very Demure Very Cutesy” for Jools. Plans to transfer it are already in place.
