Cyan Boujee flaunts stunning post-surgery figure

by Samantha Mochele

South African social media influencer, Cyan Boujee has once again sparked a flurry of reactions, this time for unveiling her transformed physique post-gastric sleeve surgery. The controversial YouTuber, known for her unapologetic approach to life in the public eye, recently took to social media to showcase her new look.

The buzz began when Boujee, whose real name is Honour Zuma shared photos flaunting her slimmer figure on Instagram. The images, which highlighted her toned curves and radiant appearance, quickly went viral across various social media platforms, drawing many responses from her followers.

Cyan revealed on TikTok her decision to undergo gastric sleeve surgery before her upcoming trip to Turkey.

In the video, she shared that she previously weighed 91kg and aims to reach either 60kg or 65kg. She emphasised that, unlike other influencers, she won’t undergo sudden body transformations for content. She expressed excitement and determination to achieve her weight loss goal, having struggled with unsuccessful attempts in the past. She aims to avoid weights like 80kg or 90kg in the future.

“My goal is 60kg. I know it’s crazy, or at least 65kg, but that is my goal. I don’t want to be around 80kg, I don’t want to be around 90kg. I have tried to lose weight by doing every kind of thing. It didn’t work. I keep gaining.”

According to Mayo Clinic, gastric sleeve surgery is a surgical weight loss procedure where about 80% of the stomach is removed. This restricts the amount of food you can consume. The procedure prompts hormonal changes that assist with weight loss.
