Congratulations are in order to comic actor Madluphuthu real name Oscar Mgudlwa who has joined e.tv’s drama series Isitha in a new role.

The actor will portray a character named Jupiter who is described as a township hustler. This is not the first time Madluphuthu is joining the team as he has been part of the Black Brain production team’s creative team before branching into the new role.

Speaking to TshisaLIVE on the character Jupiter, the 48-year-old actor said:

“Jupiter’s role was a supporting role on the black door on Isitha. It’s a cameo role, as I have other commitments at Black Brain as a creative. The difference between me, Oscar, and Jupiter is not much; they are from ekasi (township), they are hustlers, but Oscar is more an introvert, a bit shy, and Jupiter is someone who acts like Mr Know-it-all and likes to be the main man, and he’s a bit naive.”

The actor and singer also revealed to the publication that he was busy shooting other projects with Netflix and e.tv, which will be on our television screens soon.
