Congratulations are in order to 23-year-old amapiano singer, Nkosazana Nolwazi Nzama, who goes by the stage name Nkosazana Daughter, for not only purchasing herself a house but paying it in cash.

Buying a house is something wished for by many of us, and being able to purchase it in cash is a wild dream. Many of her industry mates who have been in the industry for longer than she has have shared their financial struggles, with some opting to rent as they are unable to buy property.

The soulful singer, whose name can be counted among the best vocalists in the country, rose to fame in 2021 after the late Mpura introduced her to DJ Maphorisa on an Instagram Live, adding that she was the next big thing in mzansi.

Around September of the same year, the singer featured in a single called Izitha with Mpura, Sir Trill, and Zaba. To date, the singer who has been in the music industry for three years has collaborated with artists such as Mordah Bongs, Kabza De Small, Master KG and many more.

Joining the likes of Gogo Maweni, who also recently bought herself a house in cash as she has stated before that she doesn’t believe in debt, the singer shared a picture of her house and captioned her post the following:

“Cash! What would I be without the love that you give me? What would I be without the love of God?”

Her followers and industry mates congratulated the singer, with celebrities like DJ Zinhle, Cassper Nyovest, Makhadzi, Pearl Thusi and many more responding to the Amaphutha hitmaker’s post.

“Glory to God!!! Amen amen amen,” commented Cassper.

“This makes me so happy! Congratulations pretty lady – this is a BIG deal,” said Lamiez Holworthy.
