Connie Ferguson announces a new Netflix movie feature

South African actress, filmmaker, producer, and businesswoman Connie Ferguson will be back on our screen as she announces the date for a new Netflix movie that she is a part of.

The movie Heart Of The Hunter is set to air on Netflix on the 29th of March.

Connie is well-known for her roles in different soapies, one of which includes Generations where she played Karabo Moroka. She was also part of a Mzansi Magic TV show, The Queen.

The 53-year-old mother of two took to her Instagram to share the trailer of the movie. In her caption, she wrote, “Set your reminders for March 29! Heart Of The Hunter, only on Netflix! [red heart emoji].”

Fans and supporters flooded her comment section expressing how excited they were:

“I can’t wait. I will watch any movie/soapie as long as my favourite African lady is featured.”

“A Queen on her Throne! Connie Ferguson! Love you loads ke my dhiye (slang for dear),” wrote another one.

Another one remembered her late husband, “It seems like it was MR FERGUSON BEHIND THIS, MAY HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE. WELL DONE MRS FERGUSON.”

Many other celebrities and industry friends commented with heart and fire emojis whilst others said they could not wait.
