Deejay and business owner Prince Kaybee’s recent post about Enhle Mbali had many social media users running to his comment section. While some thought he was showing interest in the fashion designer, others saw it as a jab towards the ex in question – Black Coffee.

Enhle recently celebrated her birthday, which prompted a wish from the online publication MDN News on X (now known as Twitter). Posting a picture of the actress, they captioned the post the following:

“South African actress, TV presenter, fashion designer and businesswoman Enhle Mbali celebrated her birthday. We wish her another year of many blessings!”

Seeing the post, Prince Kaybee commented, “This is how you categorise someone, not ‘mang mang’s’ ex-wife.”

The post had many sharing their two cents.

One person shared, “You are spot on my brother.”

Another person commented that the deejay was “looking for the right moment.”

Believing that Prince Kaybee still had negative feelings towards the Deep in the Bottom deejay, another user wrote, “Prince Kaybee [has to] let go of that Black Coffee hate. It’s a new year.”

The two deejays were embroiled in heated exchanges and clapbacks on social media in the past, with Prince Kaybee (whose real name is Kabelo Motsamai) even stating that he has no intention of ever collaborating with the Grammy winner.

According to a previous report from Kaya 959, Black Coffee (born Nkosinathi Maphumulo) stated during an interview on Podcast and Chill with MacG that the Club Controller hitmaker felt he had made it in his career and was too full of himself.

When Prince Kaybee appeared on the podcast show, he commented, “Black Coffee doesn’t know me personally as a human being before getting to the stunts that were being done on Twitter … He made a comment about my personality that he doesn’t know about … for him to represent my character like that was a bit off and I don’t think it’s worth my response.”

Sharing that he loved what Black Coffee has achieved, the record producer added, “I’ve got this thing about me, apparently it’s being arrogant. I really need you to earn my respect from a very personal point. Respect and recognition are two different things. I can recognise you as the world’s number one DJ, but you can’t force me to respect you.”
