Former Bafana Bafana player and current Moroka Swallows midfielder Andile Jali might soon be off the market as he is said to have asked the lady in his life, Somi Ndzibongwana, for her hand in marriage.

Andile was previously married to reality TV star and fitness trainer Nonhle Ndala with whom he shares three kids. Towards the end of the pair’s relationship, Nonhle accused Andile of domestic violence but later withdrew the charges that she had opened against him.

In January 2020, Nonhle went live on her social media while sitting with her husband in a restaurant and claimed to have gotten him from the ghetto, made him nice and clean as he was a dirty old cloth, only for others to want him afterwards.

In the video, Nonhle referred to herself as “the head office,” saying that she keeps Andile’s bank cards so that no woman can access his money. Adding that women will not want him without money.

As per posts on his social media networks, Andile is currently in love with his rumoured fiancé Somi, sharing pictures of her with his thousands of followers.

In an interview with Moja Love-owned publication ZiMoja, a source close to the couple claimed that the couple were indeed engaged, stating:

“They have made it official with the families. He just needs to finalise the lobola and the wedding.”

Speaking on how they met, the source was quoted saying:

“They met through a friend. Andile was going through another breakup with someone who was not in the limelight. He also had issues with his team and was not at his best.

“He needed someone who understood him and didn’t judge him. Somi takes care of him; she is a homebody and cooks for him. She likes being indoors and has a good time at home. Andile proposed to Somi last year, but the two kept it under wraps. ”

The source also added: “They don’t hide it, but they don’t have to make a big announcement. She wears the ring he bought her, and they live together.”
