Lamiez Holworthy bursts with pride after son takes his first steps

by Sergio Miller

Proud mother of two Lamiez Holworthy is over the moon when it comes to the amount of joy she has towards her baby boy.

Lamiez, who shares two children with well-known musician Khuli Chana (one being out of Khuli’s previous relationship), recently took to Instagram to share the latest developments of her first born.

Which is that he can walk!

Although not entirely, the nine-month-old showed that he has the confidence and determination of his mother as he fearlessly took a few solid strides towards his walking aid.

With dad Khuli standing behind for a bit of extra support, surely there must have been something in the young man’s mind saying, “I’ll show you what this nine-month-old can do.”

Taking to her Instagram, the ever-talented DJ that is Lamiez documented the moment for all to witness.

In her caption, she wrote:

“So, my roommate who I carried for 9 whole months? You know, the one who betrayed me by looking like his father and nothing like me? Yea, him. Well, he’s walking at 9 months already🥺.”

She went on to explain that the courageous toddler has showed constant signs that he was extremely advanced for his age.

“He started taking a step or two at 7/8 months already and was crawling way before that.”

She advised other parents not to put unnecessary pressure on their toddlers that are at similar ages, as each child develops according to their own timeline.

“To anyone else who has a baby, please remember that each individual child grows and develops at their own pace. ❤️.”
