How to make a good impression at a new job

They say first impressions last, and this statement can never be more true when starting a new job.

While starting a new job is exciting, it can also be nerve wrecking. This may be caused by fear of the unknown, not knowing the kind of people you will be working with and perhaps fear of the new challenges that may come with the job title.

The are ways to navigate this new career transition while making a lasting impression at the workplace.

  • Get plenty of rest – make sure you are well rested and ready to tackle the day’s tasks.
