Social media platforms recently went abuzz when Somizi Mhlongo’s ex-husband Mohale Motaung took to X (formerly Twitter) to share an eyebrow-raising video with the words “Will you marry me.” Mohale later increased the speculation as he also posted a picture showing off a ring on his left hand.

The Fusioncocktail lounge owner gained popularity after being introduced to the limelight by ex-husband Somizi Mhlongo. Following their public romance, the two were adored by the public which led to Somizi’s fans terming them Mohale.

When the pair started dating, Somizi mentioned that Mohale made him feel extremely comfortable by not being ashamed to be with him in public. The pair later got married in a lavish wedding that saw those in attendance being dressed to kill. Female celebs were all draped in white gowns while men wore black tuxedos.

The pair’s wedding was also turned into a Showmax special where Mzansi got to watch the opulent wedding. Sadly, their beautiful union ended with a public expose of their marital woes.

Mohale went on to accuse the media mogul of abusing him in their marriage.

The pair have since moved on with their lives, with Mohale now hinting he might be off the market for the second time.

Mohale’s post sparked a lot of comments from people who congratulated the Elahom cosmetics brand owner.
