Andile Ncube shares inspiration behind his son’s long name

Radio and television sports presenter Andile Ncube recently posted a father and son outing where he also shared the meaning of his last-born son’s long and beautiful  name.

Known for his love of children and his stance on intentional fatherhood, the father of four, two of his own and two of his former partners, shared a post of an outing with his son Amilailangalisabalele’amancube, where they shared kisses, went out to dine and chilled together.

Amilailangalisabalele’amancube is Andile Ncube’s child with Young, Famous & African reality television friend of the show, Sebabatso Mothibi.

Sharing this beautiful father and son moment, the Young, Famous & African reality television star captioned his post:

“He has a long but beautiful name and is often mistaken for a girl because of how he wears his hair but that’s all part of his charm,  Amilailangalisabalele’amancube.”

He also shared the inspiration behind his son’s name adding:

“Inspired by the English axiom “make hay while the sun shines” is a unique name for this little love of mine.”

Many social media users commented adding humour saying the child will only be able to write his full name when he is in higher grades of primary school.

They shared:

“Great name, though he’ll be in Grade 5 before he can fully write that name ekse ?!”

“Kisses phase ezoshesha indlule (will soon pass) … soon soon he will say “Nooo Daddy” like BK.”

Others who struggled to understand the name shared:

“Iyhooooooo I don’t know how many times I tried to read and understand that name hayi lide mntakabowo (it is a really long name) and line (it has) meaning a powerful when u finally read and understood it?????”

One user who could not pronounce the name asked the media personality for help adding:

“Can you make a video and pronounce it for us… well I come from Botswana ?? I tried and tongue ? wouldn’t let me ??.”
