Singer and reality TV star Zahara, real name Bulelwa Mkutukana, has shared her excitement for the Cape Town leg of her “Healing Women” concert.

This comes after a successful leg of the show in Johannesburg’s Carnival City. The Cape Town leg will be on October 14th at the Botanik Social House.

The singer rose to fame after she was discovered performing at a gig in East London by the TK Nciza, who then co-owned TS Records with DJ Sbu.

Soon after her entry into the music industry, Zahara became an immediate success. Her first album Loliwe which was released in 2011 cemented her as a favourite in Mzansi, loved by both the young and old and giving us classics such as Destiny, Loliwe, Xa Bendinomama and many more.

As years went, like many of us, Zahara started going through life challenges, later sharing that she suffered from depression.

After being quiet for some time, her fans are excited to see her back in form, performing both locally and internationally and ready to make music again.

The multi-award music sensation shared:

“With my voice, I heal the world… Followed my passion & never gave up Z A H A R A. 14.10.23. ?Botanik Social House, Cape Town.”
