Media personality and YouTuber Lasizwe Dambuza recently made a matriculant’s dream come true when he agreed to accompany her to her matric dance after she shared a TikTok video asking for him to be her partner.

Lasizwe could not attend his own matric dance when he was still in high school due to his mother collapsing and passing on in front of him while he was getting a haircut for the dance, the reality TV star once shared on Trending SA.

Responding to the learner’s viral TikTok, the YouTube sensation, accompanied by his brother Lungile Mchunu, went to surprise the young lady at school in front of many learners to officiate their dance partnership. He also got his date a bracelet and flowers.

Posting pictures and a video of  himself and his date on his social media, Lasizwe captioned his post:

“A few ago weeks, I saw a TikTok of this young lady asking me to be her Matric Dance Partner. Soooo. (Swipe to see her SURPRISE!) I SAID “YES”!!! WE ARE GOING TO THE MATRIC DANCE.”
