South African rapper Ntokozo Mdluli better known as K.O has confirmed that he has a girlfriend after being rumoured to be gay on social media.
The rumours sparked on X (previously known as Twitter) after tweeps started conversations about the rapper’s love life, and many expressed curiosities about his relationship status.
A controversial X influencer Chris Excel suggested that K.O is gay.
“KO once said “Mina ngiyintsimbi edlezinye” and we’ve never saw him with his girlfriend or even a rumour that he is dating a woman,” Chris wrote.

The tweet got rapper’s attention and he slammed Chris and further revealed that he is in a relationship with a lady.
He also bragged about her saying:
